James is a former, decorated US Army combat veteran whose stories of valor and courage are awe-inspiring. After being wounded in combat and ultimately separating from the Army, Mr. Horris went on to further his education in earning a Master’s Degree in Finance from Johns Hopkins. Post education, Jamie focused on entrepreneurial finance and played an instrumental role with multiple start-ups. In those roles, Jamie found a real appreciation for financial education and a true knack for explaining the complicated in a way that people ‘get it’.
